Q1: What is PLA filament made of?
A: PLA (Polylactic Acid) is made from renewable resources like corn starch and sugarcane. It's 100% biodegradable, odorless, and safe for home or classroom use.
Q2: Is it compatible with my 3D printer?
A: Yes. Works with all FDM/FFF 3D printers using 1.75mm filament, including Creality, Anycubic, Prusa, Flashforge, and Bambu Lab.
Q3: How should I store the filament?
A: Keep it dry and sealed with desiccant when not in use. PLA absorbs moisture easily, which may affect printing quality. Each spool is vacuum-packed before shipment.
Q4: Why does the filament break or clog sometimes?
A: Usually due to moisture or incorrect temperature. Dry the filament at 50–55°C for 4–6 hours and set the nozzle temperature to 190–220°C.
Q5: Can I customize color or packaging?
A: Yes. We accept OEM orders for color, spool design, and branded packaging. MOQ for custom colors: 500 rolls.
Q6: What's the difference between PLA and PLA+?
A: PLA+ has better toughness and layer adhesion, offering smoother surfaces and fewer breaks — ideal for functional prints.
Q7: How long is shipping and do you provide tracking?
A: Yes. Tracking numbers are sent within 48 hours after shipment.
EU/US: 7–12 business days
APAC: 10–15 business days
Sea orders: 25–35 days
Q8: What if I receive damaged or defective items?
A: Contact us within 7 days with photos/videos. We'll resend or refund immediately for any shipping damage or defects.
Q9: Do you provide samples?
A: Yes. 200g–1kg sample rolls are available. Sample cost is deductible from your next bulk order.
